The Bathroom Company has long been known for luxury bathroom design and impeccable craftsmanship. Based in Perth, Scotland, they have an award-winning as a dedicated family business built on the back of exceptional customer service.

The company wanted to enhance its online presence to better serve existing clients and attract new customers. Their website was originally developed in 2016 and, while it had served them well, over time it had numerous contributors and the content and layout had become cluttered, and was not optimised for search engine performance.

As a long term marketing partner of The Bathroom Company, Cunningly Good Group was set clear objectives to create a modern and luxurious redesign of the site, streamline the navigation, improve the site’s SEO approach to increase organic search visibility, ensure 304 redirects were implemented for content that was to be removed and to resubmit the revamped site to search engines for speedy re-indexing.

We worked closely with The Bathroom Company team to craft a modern, beautiful, responsive website that reflected the high standards of their work and the expectations of their clientele. The process included a full UX and UI overhaul, aligning the design with The Bathroom Company’s premium positioning in the market, SEO-focused development including technical site optimisation and keyword integration which was developed in collaboration with their in-house marketing executive, enhanced conversion opportunities, with strategically placed enquiry forms and clear calls-to-action, full content review and refinement ensuring tone, structure and readability resonated with their audience, and migration and launch support, to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to performance.
